We deliver from 9.00am to 9.00pm everyday. We have 3 types of delivery depending on the products you select:

Express Delivery: Same day deliveries for orders placed until 12 noon.
Regular Delivery: Take up to 1-2 days after you place your order on particular items.
Extended Delivery: Take 5 days after you place your order. (applicable for some specific products)

Ans: Outside Dhaka city we usually deliver through third party courier services (SA Paribahan and Sundarban Courier Service). Delivery time is maximum 5-6 working days. Delivery charge outside Dhaka city is minimum Tk 200. However, charges may increase depending on the weight and size of the product. Advance payment with delivery charges is applicable for orders outside Dhaka city.

Ans: Bought something online, but it’s not what you expected it to be. Don’t worry, we’re here for you. You have 2 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Here's how to return an item:

Return the item along with all the original packing materials and accessories intact and if available, attach the packing slip that came with the item, too.

Pre-Payment refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Remarks:

Once your return arrives at one of our warehouses, a Sindabad.com Ltd. return specialist will inspect the shipment, normally within one day and a credit will be applied to the payment method used on the original order.

Please Note: Some credit cards may take an additional 2-10 days for the credit to show on your account so allow as much as 14 days for the credit to be applied

Cash on Delivery (COD): Simply inform the delivery executive of your decision to return the product on arrival. You are entitled to get a No Questions Asked (NQA) privilege as a valuable client. The EMI processing will be handled by the bank, and it may take up to five to seven working days for the bank to convert the purchase amount into EMI.
Starting from the next billing cycle, the customer will be charged the EMI amount, and their credit limit will be reduced by the outstanding amount.
In the event that a customer does not receive an updated monthly bank statement reflecting their EMI transactions, they are advised to contact Sindabad.com for assistance.
Customers are advised that EMI facilities are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective banks, which may vary.
If a purchase has not been converted into EMI within seven working days from the transaction date, the customer is advised to contact their issuing bank for assistance.
In the event that a customer wishes to prepay their EMI amount, they may be subject to prepayment charges as per the terms and conditions of the respective bank.
