Express Delivery: Same day deliveries for orders placed until 12 noon.
Regular Delivery: Take up to 1-2 days after you place your order on particular items.
Extended Delivery: Take 5 days after you place your order. (applicable for some specific products)

Ans: Outside Dhaka city we usually deliver through third party courier services (SA Paribahan and Sundarban Courier Service). Delivery time is maximum 5-6 working days. Delivery charge outside Dhaka city is minimum Tk 200. However, charges may increase depending on the weight and size of the product. Advance payment with delivery charges is applicable for orders outside Dhaka city.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Here's how to return an item:

Return the item along with all the original packing materials and accessories intact and if available, attach the packing slip that came with the item, too.

Pre-Payment refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Remarks:

Once your return arrives at one of our warehouses, a Sindabad.com Ltd. return specialist will inspect the shipment, normally within one day and a credit will be applied to the payment method used on the original order.

Customers are advised that EMI facilities are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective banks, which may vary.
If a purchase has not been converted into EMI within seven working days from the transaction date, the customer is advised to contact their issuing bank for assistance.
In the event that a customer wishes to prepay their EMI amount, they may be subject to prepayment charges as per the terms and conditions of the respective bank.
