Express Delivery: Same day deliveries for orders placed until 12 noon.
Regular Delivery: Take up to 1-2 days after you place your order on particular items.
Extended Delivery: Take 5 days after you place your order. (applicable for some specific products)

Delivery charge outside Dhaka city is minimum Tk 200. However, charges may increase depending on the weight and size of the product. Advance payment with delivery charges is applicable for orders outside Dhaka city.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Here's how to return an item:

Return the item along with all the original packing materials and accessories intact and if available, attach the packing slip that came with the item, too.

Pre-Payment refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If a purchase has not been converted into EMI within seven working days from the transaction date, the customer is advised to contact their issuing bank for assistance.
